In this Role You Will:
• Learn the lifecycle of a Workers Compensation claim and the governing codes and laws
• Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures and DWC laws and regulations
• Proactively and independently, manage, finalize and control (adjust) an inventory
• Collaborate with a team of claims professionals and other stakeholders
• Serve as a resource to other team members and/or other internal staff
• Ensure delivery of a high-quality claims product as demonstrated by successful execution of job duties

This is currently a Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm position. Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee’s monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract. The salary range(s) included on this job posting do not reflect the reduction in pay.
