Blu Point Logistics LLC (the "Company") is a new, locally operated delivery company in Burlington, WA, delivering packages for customers of a national technology company.

Blu Point's owner didn't start behind a desk. He started as a delivery driver in 2020 and worked his way up through lead driver, dispatcher, and operations manager, so he knows what makes this job great and what makes it frustrating. Blu Point is built to get it right: paid training, the right equipment, clear communication, and fair, consistent treatment.

Spend your day on the road, not stuck in a warehouse or behind a counter. Every shift starts and ends in Burlington, and you will drive a single local delivery route assigned within the Burlington delivery station's service area, which reaches from the Canadian border down to Marysville. Real-time support from the owner and dispatch is there whenever you need it.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. Blu Point is building its founding driver team ahead of an October 2026 launch. Founding drivers start with the Company from day one and will be well positioned as lead, dispatch, and supervisory roles open up.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. All positions are Non-Exempt .

Job Description

The essential functions of this position, which must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation, include:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive a Company delivery vehicle and perform safety inspections on it
• Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events or conditions
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50–70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure deliveries are completed
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work, including participating in rescue calls when other drivers need assistance with their routes

Qualifications

You will do well in this role if you:

• Show up on schedule and follow through on commitments
• Work independently on a route while staying in contact with dispatch
• Solve problems on the spot, such as access issues or address errors
• Put safety first and care about getting customer deliveries right

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (driving is an essential function of this position)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must successfully pass a 4-panel drug screen (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Offers of employment are contingent on a background check conducted after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with the Washington Fair Chance Act and applicable law
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English well enough to follow safety instructions, read delivery addresses, and communicate with customers and dispatch

Good to Know

• No delivery experience required ; paid training is provided
• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus , but not required
• Military veterans are welcome!
• As the Company grows, lead and supervisory roles are expected to become available, and the Company plans to promote from within

Additional Information

The hiring process takes approximately 1–2 weeks to complete. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
