Role Overview : As an Emergency Room Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with patient care based on individual needs, working under the direct supervision of registered nurses or providers. Your contributions ensure the smooth operation of the Emergency Department, supporting both patients and healthcare professionals in delivering timely and effective care.

What You Will Do : - Assist with patient care based on individual needs under the supervision of a registered nurse or provider. - Support the Emergency Department team in ensuring timely and effective patient care. - Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional healthcare services. - Complete a 180-day orientation period successfully to integrate into the team and role responsibilities. - Work within the scope of practice to provide technical assistance in emergency situations. - Help maintain a safe and organized patient care environment.
