Salary: $110,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Visualforce, Apex programming and web services, and application configuration.
• Advanced SQL knowledge, ETL and data integration experience, and technical expertise beyond Salesforce.
• Experience with partner-system integrations, enterprise data flows, and technical leadership.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration.
• Strong experience with Process Builder, Flow, widgets, console components, approvals, Salesforce security, and large-scale customized workflows.
• Understanding of integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and third-party AppExchange solutions.
• Experience developing reusable UI components with Aura and the Lightning Component Framework, including inter-component communication and Lightning Design System styling.
• Experience with HTML5 and JavaScript libraries or frameworks such as jQuery, Bootstrap, and Angular.
• Experience developing components for mobile and Salesforce 1.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and technologies, including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Gulp, and Node.js.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Desired: Salesforce software engineering certification and experience delivering Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions with multiple integration points.

• Desired: Competency with MS SQL Server, MySQL, and/or Oracle.
• Desired: Familiarity with cloud and MuleSoft technologies and RESTful web services.

• Lead delivery of assigned features from start to finish, aligning work with PI objectives, timelines, and business priorities.
• Work with Product Owners to refine requirements, set scope, and prepare work for Agile execution.
• Coordinate engineering teams to manage dependencies, risks, and blockers that could affect delivery.
• Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, design standards, and integration patterns.
• Track and report feature progress, risks, and delivery metrics to stakeholders.
• Support PI Planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and other Agile ceremonies, maintaining disciplined execution.
• Confirm solution completeness, testing readiness, and alignment with functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise risk, security, and application management standards.
• Support production readiness, release coordination, and resolution of issues related to delivered features.
• Collaborate with Technology Managers and architects to align feature delivery with broader platform and strategic goals.
